Mission Statement
The SMU Catholic Speaker Series seeks to bring dynamic and personable speakers to the SMU campus, effectively engaging students on issues of faith, values, morals, and servant leadership.
Spring 2011 Series
Faith matters in all walks of life. Whether one works in education, law, medicine, engineering, or business, faith plays a role in the professional setting. During the Spring of 2011, the SMU Catholic Speaker Series will address the role of faith in a successful business environment. How does one’s faith and upstanding character contribute to a successful business? Does it matter? Can one compartmentalize faith to Sunday morning and leave it behind Monday-Saturday?
